Based on the Gulf Coast of Florida, Eco Smart is a Demonstration Home designed to showcase cutting edge green products for residential building. Global Living Technologies expects to finish construction in Spring 2010.

 

The structure used our product, Insulated Concrete Technologies, for all structural components: walls, ceiling, floor, stairs, and seawall.

 

The plan for the EcoSmart home has been considered one of the greenest homes in America (to be). Upon completion, it will be 100% LEED Platinum Certified.
